Why would he over rule, it wasn't clear?
If the original decision was not out it would not have been overruled either. The guidelines state there must be conclusive evidence to overturn the decision. There was not.
My opinion is that it was a feather nick on the bat, snicko showed that, hotspot didn't pick it up. Hotspot is not as reliable as snicko.
