Is that really the case? The presentation describes various scenarios including one based on the worst case underwritten amount only. Leaves little in the bank but at least able to proceed.
Also, anyone genuinely interested in buying right now wont get far based on the limited sell side, so the retail offer is still in play. This week will be interesting as Friday approaches.
