mr_delta. IMO, people will be converting anytime in 2024 WHEN the SP is even just getting close. Those last couple of months, IF the SP is not much closer, are the biggest risk for oppy holders.
Better a bird in the hand, even if you are paying a premium, much better than a complete loss by still holding in July, or, even selling at a loss, as you are still in the game, in addition to that tax loss.
Frankly, I'm thinking that the SP will be matching the exercise price well before the end of THIS year.
So, for mine, it's a hypothetical concern, BUT, MUST be exposed to holders who are just trading them.
