asi-bmg situation

Trying to get to the bottom of this situation and from the research i've done it's looking like ASI may not be quite what they seem. For example, looking at the website for Dejin Resources Group(previously known as Bright International Group Limited), I found that ASI and their partners have massive losses in Dejin.

I am inclined to think, as tention builds in this situation between ASI and BMG, that it may be ASI that is gone from BMG, not Hillam. This would leave BMG free to bring in a big group to replace ASI. I'm still sitting on the fence at the moment, but I wouldn't underestimate BMG as litigation is often used to fix a commercial problem between shareholders.
