I doubt very much that anyone will be waiting 12 months for funds to come out of escrow. My understanding is that the PER for extension hill is expected anytime from now with mgx themselves building in leeway by specifying 12 month construction phase for extension hill Haematite FROM Sept this year.
My impression for what its worth is that they were hopeful it may happen before then. With Shougang on side don't be surpirsed if there's some sort of signing ceremony planned well b4 end 06 CalY.
