Most holders can wait a few weeks for an announcement clarifying the situation. It's also clear that some big buyers are waiting on the sidelines so why would you give them your shares. Most of the downramping is from people waiting for an entry by their own admission. The weak hand short termers that they're counting on already sold out on Thursday meaning ESI is more tightly held.
Any positive news in the next month will see a stampede.
