    Underperform other indices by 15% is a massive call Grant. I a world hungry for resources, I think we're in a great position.

    However I'd be willing to hedge my bets. Where do you think would be a decent country to invest?

    The P.E.'s in China are already over 80, Thailand is already up 116% for 2003 and Japan is still dealing with over $Trillion of non-performing loans and insolvent banks. With many other markets closed or depreciating currencies, only Singapore and Hong Kong are left in Asia. Singapore is suffering as tourist location (since SARS) and Hong Kong is losing business to China. Any suggestions?
