Little point Toly, spoke to Ryan Castilloux last week, he has a subscription and they are really too expensive for the data contained.
Got to be a big question mark over all data out of China, best to use three or more reference points to try and establish trends rather than drawing specific conclusions.
I.e. while spot price reports are positive the ACREI index has not moved. Major positive is Nth RE raised LaCe Oct and prices stuck, so they nudged them again in Nov, but yet to show on broader index.
Anything specific I can probably ask Ryan for a brief as I'm exchanging quite a bit with him ATM, he's had a decent dose or reality past 12 months.
