    What happened?

    Insofar as my politics, that's easy :- I'm not constrained by party loyalties so to an observer I'm all over the shop. I focus on the govt of the day's performance rather than second guess what the opposition would or wouldn't do .... the public's responsibility is to hold govt to account IMO.
