You do realise that the African intake was shut down in 2007 due to the problems they were having/causing? Can you imagine how bad the Sudanese problem in Melbourne would be if they'd kept on taking them, ignoring the problem as you seem to want to do?
Why not get on top of the terrorism issue while we still can? It will only get worse while we ignore the obvious solution.
Ps there is no need for anyone already with citizenship to be affected. Just as no one already here was affected by the 2007 changes.
