For heavens sake your fear of other races blinds you to the reality and the falseness of this thread header. What Asianisation of Australia? Most Asians arrived in Australia long ago and yet today only about 3% of the population have Asian ethnicity. What has happened though is that tourism from Asians has rocketed and therefore our cities and regional towns and other tourist destinations are beaming with large numbers of tourists. Go into David Jones, or Myer or other speciality stores and those tourists will be buying in droves.

In Jan2016 it was published that for the first time over one million Chinese tourists came to Australia in the preceding year, one million all spending here. If their average spend was only $500 thats $500million to Australian business and thats just from China. We want more of these tourists to come here and spend not less.

I regard those that feel threatened by someone simply because of ethnicity rather than their character as very sad cases whose racism is an ill informed manifestation of their fears.
