Hmmm the only thing with the "Loan Funded Shareplan" which came to mind when it was put in place although i couldn't pick it out from the release (sometimes these things can get carefully hidden) - is there any clauses in it where they can walk away from the agreement ?? or let it simply lapse ?? heavy discounts to that price &/or loan if actions fail to materialize - much like the Convertible Notes value ?
Shareholders from any company always like to see directors buying especially at a premium to market price - but it doesn't happen that often.
