    We agree - he says they are not a credit provider.

    Where we disagree is whether or not they are - you seem adamant that they are (hence why I called it 'your catch-all definition'), however I, along with Molnar, see them as a BNPL provider.

    BNPL needs regulation, sure, but it needs to be industry specific.
