    Hi,
    does anyone know why ASIC have organised a Mediation with Padbury , specific to the current court case.
    Is ASIC trying to get out of prosecuting these people ? If ASIC backs down on this one...... I don't know what to say.

    P.s have they got any funds left... doesn't seem to be any announcement relating to the $2 million ....
