hi cikku
i rang again yesterday late afternoon and upon quoting a refrence number i found out it was a month since my last call and was told someone will ring back so till early next week before i hear anything .
i said to the lady myself and many others have put in a complaint and this is very important that we get a reply one way or another so we can get on with our lives .
we hope that they are still looking into it and that it hasnt being put aside .
does anyone know how to approach and put this to a tv or other media ppl to look into
