I don't know how CBA could pretend that they were not guilty of corporate insider trading.
How can you give notice of loan default and pretend you're not inside trading when you dump the shares without Joe Punter knowing the news via ASX disclosure.
Don't get mad, get even.
Complain to ASIC.
You might even have a chance of getting your money back if you bought some of CBA's shares and you can show they were sold using inside info.
Probably worth a call to one of the litigation funders.
