    TO make those who "hyped it" accountable would be a conflict in freedom of speech
    people who base there investments on those who hype stocks are probably more accountable to the choice of their investment than the rampers, which is subsequently reflected in the size of their portfolio.
    Unfortunately people with informed info like Tastarga and Tiger 10 are banned from posting when they give their opinion on here.
