A fair enough questioning of the geologists - despite all the new tool at hand, interpretation of orebodies is still a 'black art'.
In saying this, drilling data would have indicated narrower discrete zones within a mineralised envelope - would have stuck out like dogs b*lls. Perhaps this didn't fit in with their current thinking? Trap for young players.
Goes to show the value of independant resource/reserve auditing.
