the number of companies I've encountered that are deliberately set up to rob investors is too many. way too many. its basically businesses set up on ASX for fraudulent purposes and when ASIC is contacted nothing happens. no investigation even.

I don't know if this will help but any change would have to bring some improvement from the baseline of absolute failure and the mandated criteria of the supposed functions.

I'm not sure about companies set up , then listed on ASX as a means to rid investors of their cash.
Im mainly talking about manipulation by big funds using products like bots shorts and algorithmic trading to blatantly manipulate share prices.

But hey you nay be right I'm unsure
