This is not new since the announcement from USA last Friday. To ban short selling is a good way to stop market keep falling... But it does not help all investors and mum and dad because they let the big institution continue to short others beside banking / finance stocks. On the other side, they help the big players sold their stocks now while some one still manipulate to push the stocks higher. The bad news are still hidden by the government so when Oct and November come, short sellers are more active and harder......
Wall street future was down between 150 to 200 point all morning.... not up. What was behind?
