I spoke to someone who would know this matter back to front and they were no 100% sure what the courts would do with damages and client restitution, it was the grey area of the whole Opes prime case. It seems very logical what you are saying, but there is no precident set in the matter before the courts. M&D is easy if you make an investment,you get you capital back plus damages to put you back into your pre invested position before the M&D took place. This matter for M&D is not that clear cut.

If litigators are going to sell the we can get you 100c plus damages, well they need to be very clear on this matter. 100c plus damages from when?????
