Beaconwood are unlikely to have fallen under any spell. IMF/Lavan are representing them so they should have the inside track on exactly what is going on. Whether we get to hear about it is another matter.
It is more likely that they have been offered a better settlement oustide of the scheme we have been offered, conditional on the vote succeeding. Same for Terpu, etc.
Seckhold's $95m is an interesting point. I would like to know if the "gut feeling" he employed to make the withdrawal is being analysed for any evidence of outside help. An extra 95m in the pot would be very cool.
