I believe the $585m has changed to $640 because the
shares stolen by ANZ had dropped by this amount from 27/3
to 31/3.The only values that should be used in a court
case are our highest individual share values because
everyone of us had the opportunity to sell at this price
had our shares not been stolen.
As for 37c remember its not in todays $ but oct 09
and a court win will be with interest+damages from
your maximum value date.In my case your 37c is approx.
13c (much bigger joke) of my maximum value date in
April 08.
