"The TO is not "dodgy".
They are looking to acquire GNX when the share price is low due to external factors and a significant rerate is on the horizon.
All they need is for shareholders to not realise that by allowing the takeover (instead of voting no and holding onto their portion of the company), they are actually losing out."
