I for one think Gavin Caudle should resign as in my view he is a mass of conflicts of interests
Caudle is or has been a director of or Advisor to and perhaps even a shareholder of the bidders and their
associates ie Saratoga, Provident, Merdeka and Procap

But since many are registered in the Virgin Islands how would you know.
The connections and conflicts are highlighted in an earlier AFR article
Clearly a conflict of interest and as he has not resigned he is oblivious to his compromised integrity, good corporate
    governance and transparency.
Even if it reared up and bit him on the arse in my view he would not get it so complain to ASIC and ASX.
Instead of asking asinine questions of Barry Cahill they should get on with something serious
