Unfortunately I suspect they have already won. Many countries are moving to gain greater control of their natural resources and these vultures are playing on this fear. Institutions will not like what is happening here and will see it as the thin end of a very unpleasant wedge. Even if they do not get 100% they will still be in control and running FND for their own benefit not the shareholders. I suspect institutions will be keen to exit FND and take what they can get. A very sad end for an outstanding company.
