I think it is ridiculous too. I had such high hopes for FND and if this TO had not occurred FND would have eventually traded at a much higher SP. Unfortunately not to be. The vultures may give the BOD a small win and increase the TO price to A$0.26 - A$0.28. Unlikely to be much more. In any case the finale will unfold shortly.
