I urge all CTO shareholders to contact ASIC and ASX either by phone or email, and submit complaints about the incompetence and lack of disclosure by this company's directors and management.
I know that a lot of you do not believe in ASIC and the ASX, but I know by personal experience that both of these authorities have taken action on another company due to a number of shareholders complaints.
Citigold have breached the following:
Corporations Act Section 674 - "Obligations to disclose in accordance to listing rules".
Corporations Act Section 677 - Material effect on price or value".
ASX listing Rule 3.1 - This rule sets out the continuous disclosure requirements that an entity must satisfy. Also, continuous is the timely advising of information to keep the market informed of events and developments as they occur.
I will be writing to both ASIC and the ASX today. Let's support eachother, and hopefully the management will realise that this sort of behaviour is not exceptable.
