I agree with the disclosure. I was aware of the rules and lots of others in the Corp Act 2001. As a result I have bought a lot of shares based on the disclosed ramp up in mining. I have ignored all rumours of breakdowns and targets not met as that is all it was... rumours. Even lately the company are talking about production targets being met. If that is not the case, and others on this forum seem to know information that has not been disclosed, I will not be happy. Also with regard the MD living overseas, he is entitled to live where he likes and pay tax as a resident.
