I would encourage all concered shareholders to contact ASIC and ASX seeking some clarity as to why the company has not seen fit to keep the market informed with regard to the latest information released through the press.

IVA only today confirmed what had been reported in the press and surely must have been aware of for some time. This is a clear abuse of the continuous disclosure rule and explains the sp manipulation over the last number of months.

The trading patterns over this period have been obviously engaged to surpress the share price and this should be investigated since it is beyond rationality.

The whole thing stinks to me and questions need to be asked.
