Most of the respondents have already filed amended defences.
It will be interesting to see whether the MFS Directors via their insurance company also seek agreements to discontinue the proceedings as they have done in the Federal Court CA, or will they battle on? If the Directors seek discontinuance that would leave (Wellington) Managed Investments and the Octaviar companies to face the music alone.
