I assume everyone is aware that under s199A of the Corporations Act, Centro are prohibited from paying the fines or legal costs if the directors and / or executives are found guilty of the matters put before the court yesterday?
It looked to me as if there might be concerns that CER / CNP are going to incur a financial liability as a result of this action. This won't be the case.
