They also said....

" You also refer to the Annual Reports for BQT. You say BQT now ignores your requests for specific information about the various projects. The company advised you revenues couldn't be predicted. You believe BQT should be made accountable with updates to be disclosed."

ASIC has carefully assessed the issues raised by you including the Annual Report of BQT for the year ended June 2005 ("AR") and conducted further inquiries to see if we should take any action. I advise that your correspondence does not identify an offence under the disclosure rules of the Corporations Act 2001."

I believe that we just have to wait for the funding. ASIC are satisfied BQT/GENNER is being accountable and truthful!

I was trying to get/force further updates and accountability but it appears BQT are going by the rule book.
