As promised, I also waited and extra DAY to call Federal Court Chambers. Thorough checks have been made only to CONFIRM that nothing filed by ASIC, Nothing pending in Registry Office in-tray, Nothing to update in the Commonwealth Courts Portal !
Unbelievable arrogance from ASIC ! .... dated 14/Jul/2021.

I will annotate for my file documents for future personal negligence case against ASIC/ASX.
