Justice delayed is Justice denied.

What's wrong in asking why the other party is late in its submission, even after a crystal clear understanding of by what time it needs to be done.

Shame on ASIC. They filed the case and they are late on submissions really ?

Its like schooling and policing crack the whip every time someone misses something.

Court's time is the most expensive thing does ASIC know they are wasting a lot of it.

Just to be clear nobody is above the law or Justice. ASIC is no exception.
