they are usually here because they missed out on the investment in the early stages. They are afraid to jump in after a significant share price appreciation for fear of losing their money, as they have this 100% trading mentality with zero long term view.
They search frantically for 'issues' with the company as a way to justify their decision not to take a position.
Then they hang around providing unsolicited advice in a way that makes them feel better and superior to those who invested.
