Amazing how many people on the ISX threads are happy to...

Amazing how many people on the ISX threads are happy to favourably speculate about the out come of the legal action yet the few that post an opposite view seem to be vilified.
It's one thing to hope for a positive outcome (knock on wood).
But can someone give me the straight dope about we're we go if this thing does not turnout the way many people here think it's going to go?
I'm looking for a realistic analysis on the downside of the legal outcome.
I have a lot tied up to this stock and I'm looking to understand what people think will happen to this stock if they don't win.
