I think it is time to for all holders to write to your local MP and relevant Senator (Bragg in NSW) and ask for a Senate inquiry into ASIC accountability and role in relation to AML and ASX lisitng rules and spoofing(shorting) and proxy advisors. (I have)
There was a Senate inquiry in 2013. There needs to be another, and with a new ASIC chair in place since June, it may be welcome this time for him to clear the decks by getting the political go ahead.
