A class action will be difficult if ISX wins and impossible if they lose (though I believe the latter to be unlikely). Damages will be paid if they win so most people will struggle to prove any "extra" damages such as by reason of the loss of a chance (maybe if someone has lost their home or the like). I for one have no interest.
