both & ASIC areASX pretty hopeless in managing timely interventions when a listed company or an individual transgress.
Way to slow in coming to any conclusions, horse has always bolted.

This ISX debacle should be a good case study for business school. As a full time investor i spend quite a bit of time studying the market and players in order to avoid potential losses.

I would think the best way forward for ISX is to separate themselves from JK, fix the beef with ASIC and ASX and move forward.
