ASX simply set the stage for others to begin investigating ISX. Several rounds of questioning and hastily publishing a SOR. Throw in some grenades and then seat back and watch. They even tried hard to get ASIC to do their suspension for them. Brilliant! And it was all one man's work!

If the court finds ASX treated ISX unfairly, wouldn't that be a breach of their market licensee obligations? ASIC would then be obligated to sue them.
