I had only ever thought that the ASIC case was about disclosure, not about performance rights.
On the other hand, in the ISX v ASX case, ASX have seemed to want to muddy the waters in their defence that somehow a settled matter (by audit and lack of shareholder interest) was somehow relevant.
In saying that i am scratching to recall any conclusive detail.
Can you offer anything on that that has been presented or argued before the court?
I had written down ISX to 5c, wishing but not expecting the full amount.
I am over the financial impact of ISX
Am i right in thinking a $100m settlement would be worth about 10c?
I hope all those still following ISX on HC can take time out from the stress of this long time and still long time to play out saga.
