Hi @aes411, I may not be reliable here, but I believe there were reviews of ISX's AML processes that were carried out by various VISA operations in several jurisdictions in the EU (London, Estonia, Cyprus to name a few) that ISX was attempting to get its hands on, but I may have heard wrong. Makes sense - especially if these reviews were positive and VISA EU's was the only negative one.
Other than that - probably the mass of 3000 communications given to ASIC that were not provided to ISX.
