What's interesting about this is that ASX kept ISX suspended under the claim that ISX was refusing to provide all the information ASX requested under their broad listing rule.
Now, who is refusing to provide information in court?
It appears ASX has been providing documents referencing their communications with ASIC, but nothing internal which categories 1, 3 and 6 seem to be requesting.
