The documents requested seem to cover every allegation ASIC made against ISX.
Here's my guess:
* ASIC said they received information from ASX which they relied upon
* ISX sought documents from ASX that would reveal ASX's thought processes leading to the opinions they shared with ASIC
* ASX refused to provide the documents (well, until they were subpoenaed), saying they were too hard to find or were irrelevant, and so on.
The key ones they objected to and were planning to file an interlocutory injunction to set aside were those from the categories focused solely on them (1, 3 and 6).
So I think we're back to the same roadblock: where are ASX's internal documents? Are they running an exchange and making critical decisions without any documentary evidence or records? Hopefully, we'll have answers by 27 April.
