The delays are getting very frustrating. At least the registrar has told ASX that they must produce the remaining documents. Is it just a delay tactic - or is ASX so embarrassed in what they must produce that scheming is going on in how to not produce its conversations with ASIC? Conversations similar to - we don't have enough to continue ISX suspension? or ASIC saying we never thought that the OM report had any substance? or conversations such as couldn't we work with VISA and get them to suspend for AML - ISX will never admit to that and we can use that to continue suspension? Ummmm. I just do wonder.
