No email court link drama's this week, but missed the week before. Luckly orders were made in chambers so it didn't proceed anyway. Usually they send an email prior to the hearing if its not proceeding but that didn't happen last week either. This is the 2nd time there's been a admin error for me with no link received.

Hey, here some news I noticed from my notes. About 35 min to yesterday hearing Registrar Gitsham ask Mr Moloney has a judge been assigned to the case, which he answered yes. The next question was when is this set for trail, and he answered November.

Slowly seeing a light at the end of the tunnel approaching. Cheers
