I totally agree with everything you have said bluebird.
It's funny when people and organisations think they are untouchable, just proves how out of touch with reality they are. That's egos for you.
The boofheads at ASX have had their heads so far up their rear ends that, a) they didn't contemplate ISX taken them to task and suing them, b) ISX having the funds to pursue this injustice in the courts, c)ISX still in business and growing that business at the same time chipping away at the reputational damage caused by ASX and co, and d) which is the icing on the cake, the reputational damage that is about to befall them the ASX as this all comes out in the open. The ASX just didn't believe it would get to this stage which is why out of desperation they have played their last card which was to try and get all of this to disappear by saying ISX couldn't afford to pay their legals. And these guys are the MO, go figure. Yes it is idiotic.
