Yes exactly!!. And i also think that by abolishing the appeals tribunal, it was only a matter of time until the AS and X ended up in this exact situation, as the only recourse to appeal was the courts.
I also now think that people/businesses can see through the AS and X and make their own judgements.
If the AS and X lose they stand to lose circa 550 million, lose courts costs, face an ISX shareholders lawsuit, face an AS and X shareholders lawsuit, and who knows who'll be queuing up after that.
