No I agree, the fact that the Visa issue takes up such a large portion of the ASIC SoC doesn't leave much left in the cupboard to justify the suspension.
On a separate issue, I would really like to see the ASIC ruling on the ASX conflict of interest examined by a court, but probably not going to happen.
